
First impressions count
Here are some suggestions that won't cost a fortune but can make a big difference on the appearance of your home.
Clean up the outside.
• Street appeal is the first impression, therefore keeping the grass cut and the edges neat is always a great first impression.
• Clean up any cobb webs and make sure that the entry into home is clear of any dirt and marks.
• Wash down the exterior of the house and windex those windows sparkling clean.
• Check the gutters and chimney.
Touch up the interior.
• Wash down the walls and putty up any holes & if it is needed of a coat of paint but remember if painting to pick neutral colours.
• Remove any clutter (minimum furniture is always good.)
• Wash up Bathroom and bathroom tiles.
• Shampoo dirty carpets.
• Clean out your closet & garage,
• Use self storage if necessary.
• Clean Exhaust fans and Air Conditioning filters
Just before the Inspection
• Flowers alway spuce up the place
• Fresh Smells or coffee percolating to add to the aroma, all beds made, dust, vacuum, no dishes in the sink and have clear benches in kitchen
